migros.infomaniak.events brings together cultural and entertainment events in Switzerland.
Simply create a ticketing service on , Infomaniak's ticketing tool, and request visibility on the Migros Culture Percentage Geneva ticketing portal. By doing so, you will benefit from the physical counters of this box office.
Events are subject to manual validation. It may take 24 to 48 hours to publish your event. The same applies to the publication of your event on migros.infomaniak.events.
You can:
• use our search engine and perform a search by event, organiser, type of city. You can then refine your research using date, location or type filters.
• browse our pages using the navigation menu, which will guide you according to your wishes (festival, concert, theatre, etc.).
• use the map to find events in a specific location.
And finally, you can select the event that interests you to access the relevant online ticketing service.
Once you have found your event, click on it to be redirected to the organiser’s store.
• Step 1: Select the date by selecting the desired day in the calendar.
• Step 2: The prices per category available for the chosen event are displayed on your screen. Select the category and the number of tickets desired. If a venue plan is available, confirm or modify the location of the seats. The click on "Add to basket ".
• Step 3: You view your basket. Check, confirm or modify your booking summary. Where applicable, activate a gift voucher or a promotional code if you wish to use one. You can also choose to add a cancellation insurance. Then click on "Confirm my basket ".
• Step 4: At this stage, you must select the means of obtaining your order. Then click on "Next ".
• Step 5: You must enter your contact details. Then click on "Confirm ".
• Step 6: Finally, select your payment method.
After confirming the order, you will receive a confirmation email at the address indicated previously.

You have up to 3 choices of how to obtain your tickets:
• receive your tickets in digital format. To do this, you can download and print the tickets at home or you can have them with you on your phone.
• tickets sent by post (fee of CHF 3). Important: this service does not send any products other than tickets. If the event is taking place less than 8 days from the booking date, there is no guarantee that the tickets will be sent in time. In this case, you are advised to collect the tickets on site or to opt for digital tickets. If the event is cancelled, the processing fees (shipping and administrative costs) will not be refunded.

If you have opted for the tickets to be sent by post, you will receive them at the shipping address you entered when ordering within 8 days.
