Migros-Culture-Percentage-Classics presents renowned orchestras, famous conductors and star soloists from around the world in Swiss concert halls in Bern, Lucerne, Geneva, Sion and Zurich. The premium programme guarantees immense musical enjoyment – with its affordable prices, the Migros Culture Percentage makes culture accessible to everyone.

A long tradition!

The idea was based on an initiative by Gottlieb Duttweiler, the founder of Migros. After the Second World War, the pioneer became involved in Swiss social life and launched a series of classical concerts in Zurich in 1948. The concept proved successful: today, the Migros Culture Percentage Classics are an integral part of the Swiss classical music scene, attracting some 30,000 spectators every year.

Subscriptions

In Geneva, the concerts for the 2026–2027 season of the Migros-Culture-Percentage-Classics series will take place in the historic Victoria Hall, with the exception of the final concert, which will be held at the Bâtiment des Forces Motrices.
